Bristol Airport passenger numbers to reach 10 million by 2019

Thanks to the recent expansion of Bristol Airport, passenger numbers are expected to double to 10 million passengers a year by 2019.

The increased capacity at Bristol Airport is not only great news for the South West region as a whole, but also for the city of Bristol as the expansion will create at least 75 new jobs.

According to information sourced by our Bristol Airport parking staff, the new roles will be primarily at the two extra security zones set up to help ease congestion as passenger numbers rise. The additional security staff will be vital to the operation as they make sure that people get through on time and don’t delay flights.

The type of staff the airport are looking for are people that firstly have good people skills and have the ability to stay calm in any situation regardless of the circumstances.
