132 Flights Cancelled At Heathrow

L4P

Thick fog in London and mainland Europe has caused 132 flight cancellations today.

At Heathrow airport 58 incoming and 74 outbound flights have been grounded, including some British Airways flights.

The airport is keen to stress that they are working with airlines to help any passengers affected by the cancellations. Passengers travelling to domestic locations are being transported by coach and airlines are trying to book the remaining customers on to other flights.

The met office has predicted that the fog will begin to lift at around 10:00 GMT and if you are flying today then please check with your airline to see if your flight departure time is still accurate.

If you have Heathrow airport parking booked with us and you think the time you arrive may change then don’t hesitate to call us 0800 0988817 to inform us of any delays.
