The arrangements were clearly made via the website and they followed through completely as per those arrangements.
Good value and good customer service experience.
Plane returned late by nearly two hours but this had no effect on thew arrangements or the cost

Meet and Greet collected the car earlier than booked in when I arrived early to avoid a possible traffic jam around the airport and reacted swiftly when I arrived back late due to an airline delay.

This business knows how to look after their customers - nothing is too difficult for this team.
When my flight was late, I called them to inform them - no issue.
I arrived at EDI and my car arrived 10 minutes after. Great service!

You just call them the day before to confirm, then just when you arrive and they are there right away to take away the car, then call them when you claim your bags and the car is back ready for you.
A small tip: if your car is prone to going flat, leave it to run a while when you pick it up, esp after a fortnight or longer away.

Cheaper than anyone else I booked for Edinburgh Airport my car was parked for me cases taken put onboard then shuttle took us to Airport approx 5mins.On return you call their number shuttle arrives in minutes cases loaded for you then you are shuttled back to your car which has already been started & parked at front of office cases unloaded at your car your back on the road home .FIVE STAR SERVICE ***** Thanks

Easy to find. I was booked in quickly and transported to the airport inside 10 minutes. On our return the transport was waiting for us to take us directly to our car and we were on our way with no fuss. Thank you guys great job.
