Additional Info
Bikes, surfboards, canoes and other large objects that won't fit into the luggage racks can't be carried on Airparks buses. If you are bringing large items with you, we suggest you drop them off at the airport before you park your car. Remember to check with your airline that you will be able to take them on the plane. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, unfortunately we can't give you a refund. The car park has toilets with baby changing facilities, and a luggage weighing machine. Airparks can't take vehicles which seat more than eight people. From Monday, March 19 to Thursday, March 22, the monorail between the two Gatwick terminals will only be running every six minutes instead of every three minutes, because there will be only one car running instead of two. The other is down for maintenance. In the unlikely event that the monorail should break down, there will be a bus between the two terminals, which will take slightly longer. However, as long as you arrive at the airport at least two hours before your flight, as is recommended anyway, you should have plenty of time.
On Arrival
You should drive straight to Airparks to drop your car off before you check into the hotel. The car park's shuttle bus will then take you to the South terminal. The Hilton is connected to the South terminal by a covered walkway.
You can check into the hotel from 3pm.
Here are your directions to Airparks:
Leave the M23 at junction 9 and take the exit at the roundabout that is signposted for Gatwick and Redhill. Head straight over one roundabout, then take the fourth exit, right at the next roundabout, onto London Road. When you reach another roundabout after that, take the first left onto Povey Cross Road. After two miles, take a left onto Lowfield Heath Road. Continue for another mile and Airparks will be on your left.
Stay in the left lane - the barrier will lift automatically to let you in. Park your car in one of the arrivals bays and make a note of the lane number. Then make your way to reception.
You'll be asked to confirm your booking reference, and your car and flight details, so we advise, as always, bringing a copy of your booking confirmation with you.
Then just put your car keys in the red box for your lane number. Airparks staff will park your car for you so you can catch the transfer bus to the airport. The bus leaves from reception and calls at both terminals. Sat Nav Address

If you're using a sat nav, you should enter the full address, not just the postcode, as the whole airport has the same postcode.
