I will you's looking4parking all the time,there rates are unbeatable,& they have never let me down in the past. there's never a long wait when going to the airport & being picked up on your return . plus the staff are very helpful .

We had no trouble booking online at fairly short notice. When I walked into the office I was greeted by name and car make and registration by a very pleasant & courteous employee. The minibus driver was also extremely pleasant and drove us the short distance to the airport in good time.

Easy to find.
Immediate transfer to the airport.
On our return at 2am the bus was waiting for us and had the heating on which was very welcome.
We were handed our car key as we got on the bus so no waiting around when we got back to the car.
Friendly staff.
We'd definitely use this service again.

minibus from airport to car parked location on site within 5 mins.minibus driver briefed us on local traffic delays. car ready at exit to drive away. no problems with callerton parking.

Easy to find and easy people to deal with. Transferred were promt and pick up was easy. Car was looked after a nd no waiting about to pick it up. Excellent service and would use again.

Dropped car off, no hassle. Taken to airport within 5 mins of drop off. On return, phoned up and was picked up within 5 mind of phone call. Taken to the carpark, where my car was at the gate ready to drive away. I only had 10 yds to wheel my luggage. Superb. Thanks

Turned up early as wasnt sure how to gt to parkin area. Arrived an hour earlier than booked. Staff fantastic. Helped pt cases into mini bus. Was taken straight to airport. Arrivin bk in newcastle phoned as walkin to bay to b picked up was a bus there already. FANTASTIC SERVICE WELL DONE CALLERTON WILL DEFO USE AGAIN.

We arrived early in the morning as we flew at 0600 hrs and we were in the airport within 10 minutes and on our return it took a quick phone call and we were picked up within the same time limit and the car was ready to leave on our arrival.

we will definitely use these again.,We have used Callerton at Newcastle airport in the past and have returned again because of the fast and very efficient service you get from the staff here. As soon as you arrive at the parking lot,after checking in a van is waiting to take you to the airport which is a very short 2 mins drive away. On arriving back at the airport after telephone Callerton a van takes you back to the parking lot where your car is waiting. We have never had a problem with using this parking facility and would definitely recommend it to others.
