Our service is ideal for disabled passengers who will be checked in at the closest point to the terminal which is a few metres away from the terminal. On return we use the closest car park which has a ramp provided for wheel chair access and is only a two minute walk or push in a wheel chair from the terminal.

For meet and Greet service please call the chauffeur 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport (Failure to do this could result in a delay in Stansted Meet N Greet picking up the car). Upon arrival to the airport you need to head towards the terminal. Make your way towards the orange short stay car park. Drive in to the orange car park and take a ticket from the machine, make your way round to the orange bollards and walk way which takes you in to the terminal, pull over near row D and a the Meet N Greet driver will meet you there. You need to pay for your £2.80 ticket at the payment machine and hand that to your driver.

On Return

Call the chauffeur when you have all your bags and are ready to leave the airport. Make your way to the orange car park, where you dropped off the car. Stansted Meet N Greet will have the car ready for you. Please make sure that you have your £2.80 ready to leave the car park.

Airport parking doesn't get easier than this. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to the short stay car park when you return.

With valet parking Stansted your car will be parked in a secured, official on-airport car park while you are away. The car park is covered by CCTV and is patrolled 24 hours a day by security staff and police. It has a barrier and lighting at night.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. Before being awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures, such as alarms and CCTV, and be clean and well-lit. Car parks which have been awarded the Park Mark are regularly reinspected by the police. Valet parking Stansted offers a convenient way to park at Stansted Airport and minimise travel times.

Stansted Airport is easily accessed from junction eight of the M11 and then the A120. The M11 can be reached directly from the north east, or via the M25 from the south and west. Head for Stansted Airport airport. When you arrive into Stansted Airport head towards the terminal, at the roundabout before the terminal, Coopers End Roundabout, you need to take the 4th exit which is sign posted Takeley. You will then come to a mini roundabout which you turn left and drive along that road for 0.7 miles and you will see Network House on your right hand side. This is where you will drop you car off. This Car Park is located at the Hilton Stansted Hotel, which is situated next to the BAA Long Stay Car Park. Bookings made for this product will NOT be valid at the Long Stay Car Park. Please note that refunds will not be issued if you park in the BAA Long Stay in error.

On Arrival

Take a ticket and park in one of the Pink Elephant marked bays, located in the last right turn after the barrier. Walk into the hotel, turn left and follow the Pink Elephant signs to the car park office. Check in and collect your beverage voucher to redeem in the Coffee Lounge at the hotel, which entitles you to either 2 cups of normal tea, coffee or a soft drink only which includes Coke, Diet Coke and Lemonade.
The bus transfer takes 7/8 minutes and runs every half hour between 04:15 - 00:45.

On Return

Follow signs to the Coach Station and proceed to Stand 27 to catch the Hilton bus back to the hotel car park. It runs every 30 mins. between 04:30-01:00. Return to the car park office to collect your keys and exit ticket.

Directions

Leave the M11 at junction 8a if you are coming from the south, or junction 8 if you are coming from the north. At the motorway roundabout, follow signs for Stansted airport. At the next roundabout take the first exit, following signs for the long stay car park. Go straight on at the next roundabout, pass the Hilton hotel and take the next turning on the left into the long stay car park.

Directions

Stansted Airport is easily accessed from junction eight of the M11 and then the A120. The M11 can be reached directly from the north east, or via the M25 from the south and west. Those travelling from the Midlands and north west will want to take the M1 or M6 onto the M25 before joining the M11 at junction 27.
