This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Directions

Birmingham International Airport is located 8 miles east of Birmingham city centre, at the centre of England and the centre of the UK's motorway network.
From Birmingham city centre take the A45 east towards Coventry. From the south or north of England take the M42 (which links to the M40 and M1 from London, M6 from Manchester and M5 from the south east). Come off at junction 6 taking the A45 towards the city centre. The Airport turnoff is only 1 mile and is well signposted.

Disability Information

The service is ideal for disabled passengers, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

On Arrival

Please call our team of chauffeurs when you are 10 minutes away from the airport and your chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet you at outside the departures. It is important if you are running late or early that you call to give as much notice as possible. On arriving at the airport, follow signs for drop off point, and on entering the drop off point, stay in the right hand lane to go through the barrier sign posted maximum stay 20 minutes.

On Return

Just simply call the chauffeur hot line only when you have collected your luggage, and you’ll be met at the pick up point with your vehicle

Additional Information

When you collect your car from the pick up point on return from your holiday there is a fee of £1 to exit the drop off car park. The maximum stay is 10 minutes. A prepaid exit ticket will be left on your dash board by the chauffeur for your convenience on exiting the drop off area.If you go over the 10 minutes maximum stay, you'll be required to pay the additional fee to exit the airport car park.

If you are bringing large items with you, we suggest you check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax licence.

It is important that you take your booking confirmation with you on the day of your parking.
