Paris
Why not look into spending the last day of the year in the romantic capital of the world, Paris. You can see the New Year in by saying “Bonne Annee”, drinking wine and watching the fireworks over the Eifel Tower or the Champs-Elysees.

House Party
If you are wanting to keep the celebrations cheap and have enough space in your house, why not host a party. Playing games and seeing the New Year in with lots of friends is a cheap but fun way to celebrate.
