After many sleepless nights and thousands of motorway miles, Stress Free Parking Birmingham is now a Meet and Greet operation to be proud of. Director Adam Casper looks back over the last six months a satisfied man.
The journey from brainwave to successful business is never going to be a straightforward one, especially in the hectic world of airport Meet and Greet parking. So when airport parking specialist Adam Casper took on the responsibility of rolling out Stress Free Parking’s Meet and Greet parking model at Birmingham Airport, he knew he’d have his work cut out.
No pain, no gain
“The last six months have been a bit of a whirlwind,” he admitted recently. “I’ve had plenty of sleepless nights and have clocked up a serious amount of motorway miles overseeing the set-up of operations at our new Birmingham centre.”
“Thanks to the hard work of the team, we now have a fantastically smooth Meet and Greet parking operation at Birmingham Airport, with a growing reputation for outstanding customer service.”
“Every couple of weeks we’re seeing the same customers return. This is testament to the value and professionalism we’re able to provide.”
Looking ahead
According to Casper, Stress Free Parking Birmingham isn’t planning on resting on its laurels despite the success of the last six months.
“There are a range of procedures in place to ensure that the business remains competitive and efficient, from a structured staff training programme to weekly drivers’ meetings to maintain staff morale.”
“Customer service is also a focal point for us, with on-going training and appraisals for all customer-facing staff.”
The growing team
The brand’s success at Birmingham is due in no small part to the excellent team Casper has assembled there.
Shining lights include Gazanfar Sadiq who was recently promoted from Assistant Manager at Stress Free Parking Birmingham to Regional Manager for both East Midlands and Birmingham Airport.
“Gaz is a pleasure to work with and a valuable asset to our operations. He is doing a great job in helping me to build our fast growing and successful airport parking business.”
“His outlook and approachability mean that we’ve been able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Birmingham Airport and NCP management. These relationships are business critical for us.”
Valet parking Birmingham is also available from Stress Free Airport parking's brother site Looking4parking.com.
