Looking4Parking Ltd terms and conditions for airport car parking.

Cancellations/Amendments Procedures

If you need to amend or cancel your booking please send an email through our web site form or call us on 0800 098 8817. Please check all booking details on receipt of confirmation. Looking4Parking.com cannot be held responsible if clients do not advise any amendments required. For cancellations please include your booking reference number and address details. For booking amendments please include your reference number and details of required changes.

Standard Terms and Conditions for third party car parks.

This is a legal document which contains contractual provisions. Your Statutory Rights are not affected

1. Bookings

  • Bookings through the Looking4Parking.com website are deemed to be made when validated by the issue of a Looking4Parking.com booking reference number
  • Bookings made by telephone are deemed to be made when confirmed by Looking4Parking.com's telesales operator
  • All services are subject to availability
  • Looking4Parking.com reserve the right not to accept or fulfil a booking
  • A £5 charge is payable if a written or postal booking confirmation is required
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they provide a valid contact number and email address when making a booking
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they read the confirmation email before travelling
  • It is advisable for all customers to print the confirmation email and take it with them when travelling
  • Looking4Parking.com will not accept liability for any costs incurred due to not providing us with a valid email address and contact number or failing to read the confirmation email before travelling
  • We may use information that you provide when you complete a booking: (a) To fulfil our agreement with you and processing and obtaining payment, (b) To analyse and profile your car parking preferences (e.g. market, customer and product analysis) to enable us to review, develop and improve the products and services we offer and to enable us to provide you and other customers with relevant information through our marketing programme. We may keep you informed of our products and services across any of our airport car parking websites using any of the following methods: e-mail, post, telephone, SMS

2. Payment

  • Payment for a booking made by telephone or on our website can only be made using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club or Switch
  • If payment by card is declined or if a payment cheque is returned uncleared, Looking4Parking.com and the service provider reserve the right not to fulfil your booking
  • All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling including VAT
  • When a booking is made using an overseas credit card the card issuer will debit your account in your local currency at the exchange rate applicable on the date of processing. A conversion charge may be applicable

3. Cancellation

  • A booking may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the date for which the service has been reserved
  • A cancellation fee of £9.50 may be applied to any cancellations
  • Customers cancelling within 24 hours of the period for which the service is reserved shall be liable to pay the full price for the service booked (any abatement of the agreed price will be of Looking4Parking.com's sole discretion)
  • Customers who do not turn up at the car park or who cancel within 24 hours of the period for which the service is reserved shall be liable to pay the full price for the service booked (any abatement of the agreed price will be of Looking4Parking.com's sole discretion)
  • For the purposes of this Condition 3 the period for which the service is booked shall be deemed to commence at midnight on the day prior to the commencement date for the service booked
  • Any customer wishing to curtail the length of stay for a service, once the service has commenced, will be liable to pay the fee for the whole of the service booked
  • Cancellations or amendments cannot be accepted if you book a supersaver or non-flexible parking product

4. Looking4Parking.com's Liability

  • Looking4Parking Ltd is an agent for the featured car parks. You will be contracting with the individual car park and will be subject to their Terms and Conditions. Full details of these are available from the individual car park.
  • Looking4Parking.com acts as booking agent only for the service provider and is only liable to the customer for losses directly arising from it's negligence in processing a booking.
  • Looking4Parking Ltd is an agent for the featured car parks. You will be contracting with the individual car park and will be subject to their Terms and Conditions. Full details of these are available from the individual car park.

5. Service Providers Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings are accepted subject to the service providers current terms and conditions. A copy of the service providers terms and conditions are available on request
  • Cars are parked at their owner's risk
  • The service provider accepts no responsibility or liability for any theft loss or damage to any personal property or loose items left within a vehicle whilst it is parked
  • The service provider does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage to the windscreen or any other glass in the customer's vehicle
  • The customer shall inspect his vehicle and report any damage to the service provider prior to departure from the car park
  • The service provider accepts no liability for loss or damage unless and to the extent it is proved to be caused by the negligence of the service provider

6. Complaints procedure
