Max Height: 3.3 meters; Max Width: 2.4 meters. No motor homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.
When you arrive at the entrance of the car park, the system will recognise your number plate and the barrier will lift without the need of a ticket being dispensed. Please note there are 3 different entry gates. If you have booked for the Terminal (Short Stay) car park, use the one on the left. If the booking was made for the Long Stay car park you can either use the middle or the right gate. If you have any problems, press the button to speak to car park staff and give them your booking reference. Keep your booking details safe, as you may need them when you return.
Likewise, with the arrival, the barrier will lift on exit when the camera recognises the registration number of your vehicle. If you stay longer than your pre-booked time you will be required to make an additional payment. Please report to a member of the car parking team located in the terminal at the Airport Information Desk, before exiting the car park. The desk is open during airport opening hours.

London City Airport
City Aviation House
The city airport is just 10 miles from the West End and only three miles from Canary Wharf. This page has a detailed map, and directions on how to reach the airport.
Driving across London is not recommended as its very built up and you will have to pay the congestion charge. We recommend you take junction 30 off the M25 and come into the city on the A13.
Come off junction 30 of the M25 and take the A13 heading into London.
Just after crossing the bridge, take the left hand lane and come off the A13 onto the roundabout junction, sign-posted for the airport and the docks.
Take the first exit off the roundabout down the A1020 Royal Docks Road, keeping to the middle lane.
Once you come to a large roundabout take the second exit heading towards Woolwich Manor Way and over the water.
Follow the road all the way round. When you see the Docklands Light Railway crossing the road above you, take the right hand turn into Hartmann Road, sign-posted for the airport.
From here you can follow signs to the car parking.
