Please take a print out of your booking confirmation with you when you travel
When you are 20 minutes away from the airport call the chauffeur number on your booking confirmation to confirm your arrival.
Take a ticket from the barrier with the sign saying "maximum stay 10 minutes". Turn right and park in bays 17-24 by the railings. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you there and will be wearing a Maple Manor High-visibility jacket and carrying ID. They will take your keys and park your car for you in a secured car park while you go to check in for your flight.
When you get back, collect your luggage as normal and then call the Maple Manor team to let them know you have landed.
Return to the Drop and Go car park where you handed over your keys and your chauffeur will be waiting for you with your car. He will return your keys to you and hand you a ticket so you can get out of the car park without paying. You will need to be on time and leave promptly, though, or you may be charged by the airport.
