An Approved Gatwick Meet and Greet operator with 30 years experience, Meteor Meet & Greet Non Flexible parking provides you with a hassle-free start to your journey. Simply drive direct to the airport and your terminal where a uniformed driver will meet you, you go straight to check in and the driver will take your vehicle to our secure compound! When you return, your vehicle is returned to you! It’s the only way to fly!

A Gatwick Airport Forecourt Access Fee will be added to the booking fee for this product.

This fee is to cover the cost of charges now being levied to all Off Airport Meet & Greet operators at Gatwick for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks, £6.00 per car has been added to your booking.

No transfers are needed, Gatwick Meteor Meet and Greet will be an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return.

Please note that bookings made for this car park are non amendable and non refundable - no refunds will be given once booked.

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

Please note that as of 01st July 2013, Meteor customers must display a printed copy of their booking confirmation on their dashboard.

Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.

You will be required to leave your keys with the chauffeur.

Please note that due to insurance restrictions we are unable to accept the following vehicles: Maserati, Aston Martin and Ferrari.

North

Please call fifteen minutes before arriving at the airport. Stay in the right hand lane and signs for Hotels and Approved Operators, our driver will meet you at the far end. A No Waiting policy is in force.

Should you arrive 15 mins or more outside of your pre-booked meet time, you may be subject to delays in collecting your vehicle.

South 

Please call fifteen minutes before arriving at the airport. 

Follow signs to Departures set down and passenger drop off and our driver will meet you at the far end.

Should you arrive 15 mins or more outside of your pre-booked meet time, you may be subject to delays in collecting your vehicle.

Bei Rückkehr

North

Please collect luggage, clear customs then call the number provided on your confirmation email.

Exit the building on the ground floor and make your way to the Approved Operators Area opposite the Premier Inn where your vehicle was collected. 

South

Please collect luggage, clear customs and then call Meteor.

Follow signs to Short Stay ORANGE Car Park, go down the lift to Level 1, make your way to the Approved Operators Parking Bays.

Anfahrtsbeschreibung

  • From London or Brighton: Exit the M23 at Junction 9 following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport.
  • Follow the signs to your Departure Terminal.
  • For South Terminal: Follow the signs to Car Set-Down (Ground Level) and park at the far end just after the last pedestrian crossing in the Approved Operator lane.
  • Emergency Helpline: 07805 927969.
  • For North Terminal: Follow the signs to Set Down and Passenger Drop-Off keep in the right hand lane and drive to the far end pulling in to the spaces opposite the Premier Inn where the driver will meet you.
