Did not receive directions to the car park, parked in the wrong one and had to pay on return of holiday. Even though i had already paid. Have emailed looking for parking and received no reply from them

The car park itself is fine, booking it through looking4parking is not. The instructions given were to apply the bar code at the car park entrance for entry. As no bar code was available I was told to follow the instructions displayed at the barrier. There were two choices, enter a pre paid code or request a ticket to pay on departure. As neither applied, the only way I could gain entry was to press the second option. At the airport I went to the enquiries desk to explain that I had pre paid, but had no alternative but to press the button to say that I had not. He explained that I would have to back to the enquiries desk on my return to be given a ticket to exit the car park. I found this to be totally unsatisfactory, first because there was no information about this procedure from looking4parking, and secondly after queuing for check in, security, waiting for bags etc. the last thing I want to do is queue again to get out of the car park. If this process had been made clear at the time of booking I would have made alternative arrangements
