Manchester DMD Park and Ride offers secure, cost-effective long and short stay parking situated just a mile from Manchester Airport. On your arrival at the facility, you’ll be directed to a secure parking bay and issued with a receipt for your vehicle. Once you’ve unloaded your luggage, you’ll be transferred the short distance to the terminal in one of our luxury coaches which depart every 15 minutes. Park and Ride Manchester allows quick and convenient transfer to the airport terminal.

During your absence, you can rest assured that your car will be well looked after thanks to the high levels of security at the compound. Please print and take your booking confirmation with you on the day of departure. 

The company will not be responsible for missed flights where it cannot be proven that is was our fault. As such we recommend that the customer should arrive at the car park 2 hours before the check in desk closes.

Please note: That any vehicle larger than an MPV will be subject to a £20 surcharge per week payable on arrival ( including vans - transit vans - caravans and anything larger than a family mpv )

On Arrival

On the day of departure, drive into the car park where you will be greeted by one of our staff who will help unload and park your car. After this one a DMD vehicle will take you to the airport.

On Return

The landing service runs on demand, please collect your luggage and clear customs before calling the office. Instructions will be given on where we will collect you and your car will be ready and waiting.

From Lancashire/Yorkshire North, East, West

Leave M61 or M62 and join M60 towards Stockport, Follow the signs for Airport

From Cheshire and M6 Motorway

Join M56 to Manchester

From South Yorkshire

Use A57 or A628 joining M67 near Mottram. Leave M67 at junction 1. Turn left on to M66 towards Stockport. M66 changes to M60, follow airport signs

From Derbyshire and Nottingham Areas

From Buxton follow the A6 to Stockport. At the traffic lights at the bottom of the hill in Stockport Town centre, turn left and follow the signs to the airport.

Local Directions

Leave M56 at Jn 5 and follow the signs for terminal 1 at the end of the slip road stay in the left hand lane. Follow the signs for CHEADLE continue through the road works still following signs for CHEADLE.

Once clear of all the road works the runway will be on your right hand side. Continue along RINGWAY ROAD to the end. At the traffic lights turn RIGHT onto STYAL ROAD (Shell Petrol station on right hand corner). Continue for approximately 500 mts passing JET PARKS 3 on the right then immediately after the row of four cottages is the entrance to our car park. Look for the signs at the hedgerow.
